Ntaba Travellers are invited to a private Zoom meeting with the Ntaba team approximately two weeks before departure, ensuring every detail, expectation, and question is covered.
Each group or traveller is added to a dedicated WhatsApp group for their scheduled safari, providing direct communication with Ntaba’s team before and during travel.
Before arrival, travellers receive a photograph of their guide, who they’ll meet on WhatsApp and then in person at the airport, offering a friendly, reassuring connection from the very start.
