This is a customized itinerary including a Tanzania Safari. You will visit the Tarangire and the Lake Manyara National Parks, the Ngorongoro Crater, and the Northern Serengeti to experience the Great Migration. Also experience a Gorilla Trek in Rwanda. Robin Mountain, owner of Ntaba African Safaris, will lead this group.
Spend 1 night in Arusha upon arrival in Tanzania to rest after your international flight. The following morning, drive to the Tarangire National Park for 2 nights, then drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation area and spend a day game driving and exploring the Ngorongoro Crater.
Fly in a small aircraft to the Northern Serengeti to spend 4 nights to experience the Great Migration with possible river-crossing sightings.
Next, fly to Rwanda. Drive to Musanze, home of the Volcanoes National Park, and check into the Mountain Gorilla Lodge for 2 nights. Early the following morning, trek the Gorillas, an unbelievably special experience. During your time there, also visit the Iby’iwacu Cultural Village. Drive back to Kigali to check in for your flight back home.

PLEASE NOTE: The luggage allowance on the small aircraft flights in Rwanda and Tanzania is 20kg (44 lbs) for ALL luggage, including hand luggage. Only soft duffels are allowed. Excess baggage is subject to space availability.
