• Documents and refines business processes, and develops systems that support sales, customer service and operational growth.
• Over a decade of experience in systems, growth and business development, helping businesses turn complex operations into simple, reliable systems.
• Grew up across southern Africa, including Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia and Angola, in a family with a deep love for the bush and its wildlife.
